The details below explain how I prepare, ship, and support each original artwork order.
These policies supplement the Terms and Conditions. Rights that cannot legally be limited or waived remain in effect.
Insured shipping is calculated from the paintings in the cart and displayed before payment. When Stripe shipping rates are configured, the available rate is selected in secure checkout. Shipping charges may reflect packaging, insurance, handling requirements, destination limits, and the number of original works in the order.
I generally prepare an in-stock original for shipment within 3 to 7 business days. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If I cannot ship within the promised period, I will contact the buyer and provide the delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery, or unclaimed package may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment where permitted by law.
Report visible or concealed damage as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours. Include photographs of the unopened package, every side of the box, the shipping label, packing materials, and the artwork. Keep the artwork and all packaging until the carrier claim is resolved. Failure to preserve evidence may reduce or prevent recovery from the carrier.
Because each painting is a one-of-one original, sales are generally final. Exceptions may apply when required by law, when an artwork is materially not as described, or when Brushed Serenity agrees in writing. Contact the studio before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused and return shipping may remain the buyer’s responsibility where legally permitted.
Screen settings, ambient light, and photography can affect perceived color. Measurements are approximate. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith, but minor variations in color, texture, brushwork, or handmade surface characteristics are not defects.
Display original art away from sustained direct sunlight, excessive moisture, heat sources, and abrupt temperature changes. Use appropriate wall hardware and professional framing or installation assistance when needed. Brushed Serenity is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, display, cleaning, framing, mounting, or installation after delivery.
Purchasing a painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all reproduction, adaptation, licensing, merchandising, publication, distribution, digital-display, and derivative-work rights remain with Shivani Khanna Vohra unless specific rights are transferred in a separate signed written agreement.
No artwork, image, license, refund, credit, or other value may be minted, tokenized, fractionalized, linked to an NFT, offered through a blockchain product, or exchanged for cryptocurrency or other digital tokens without a signed written agreement from Shivani Khanna Vohra. Buying a physical painting does not grant any blockchain, token, or digital-reproduction right.
Artwork images, photographs, writing, logos, and website content may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, licensed, altered, used in advertising, included in a dataset, used for artificial-intelligence training, or made into derivative products without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may lead to evidence preservation, removal demands, platform complaints, hosting complaints, copyright takedown notices, account or order cancellation, requests for injunctive relief, claims for damages or profits, recovery of costs and attorneys’ fees where available, and other legal remedies permitted by law. Brushed Serenity reserves all rights.
Stripe processes payment information. Brushed Serenity uses customer information only as described in the Privacy Policy. Questions, damage reports, and order requests should be submitted through the contact form so the studio can keep a complete support record.
