This policy explains what information Brushed Serenity receives, why it is used, and the choices available to customers and website visitors.
Depending on how you use the site, Brushed Serenity may receive your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order details, contact-form messages, conversation replies, technical request information, and any testimonial text or photo you voluntarily provide. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Brushed Serenity.
The site stores cart contents, cookie choices, and certain interface preferences in your browser using local storage. Cart data identifies artwork selections, not payment credentials. You can remove this data by clearing site storage in your browser.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, databases, and file storage. Stripe provides payment processing and checkout. Resend delivers transactional email. Shipping carriers process delivery information. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
A testimonial, name, role, location, or photo is published only after approval or when Brushed Serenity has a reasonable basis to believe the person authorized publication. Once published, public content may be viewed, copied, or archived by others. A contributor may request future removal through the contact form, although prior copies outside Brushed Serenity’s control may remain.
Personal information is not sold for money. Information may be shared with service providers needed to run the shop, with carriers and professional advisers, in connection with a business reorganization, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the studio, intellectual property, or website security.
Order and transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, warranty, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Contact conversations are retained while useful for customer service and studio records. Published testimonials remain until removed or archived. Retention periods may vary according to legal obligations and operational need.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including secure hosted checkout and restricted Studio Admin access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should avoid sending payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information, or ask that an approved testimonial be removed. Some information may be retained when needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Submit requests through the contact form.
The shop is not directed to children under 13, and Brushed Serenity does not knowingly collect their personal information. Visitors outside the United States understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers.
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or studio practices change. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page.
